Description
De scope van de opdracht is: - Het ophalen, refurbishen, leveren, inhuizen en installeren (incl. instructie gebruik) van LingeRijn meubilair; - Het leveren, inhuizen en installeren (incl. instructie gebruik) van nieuw circulair meubilair; - Het leveren, inhuizen en installeren (incl. instructie gebruik) van second life meubilair; - Correctief onderhoud van het geleverde en bestaande meubilair; - Advies bij vervangings- en inrichtingsvraagstukken incl. impactanalyse. Het betreft het volgende meubilair: - Kantoormeubilair (zoals bureaus, bureaustoelen, vergadertafels, vergaderstoelen en kasten); - Schoolmeubilair (zoals leerling tafels theorie, leerling stoelen, krukken); - Recreatiefmeubilair binnen (meubilair voor bijvoorbeeld kantines, personeelsruimten en gangzo-nes). Binnen de scope valt optioneel de volgende dienstverlening: - Maatwerk meubilair; - Inventarisatie en beoordeling van het huidige meubilair; - Ophalen van oud meubilair dat niet meer passend is bij LingeRi Geraamde waarde Op basis van voorgaande jaren wordt verwacht dat voor de totale duur van de overeenkomst de geraamde waarde ongeveer € 2.500.000,- zal zijn.
