Description
Ersatzbau des Unterstufentraktes am Johann-Rist-Gymnasium in Wedel. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst einen 2-geschossigen Neubau mit Unterrichtsräumen. Der Ersatzneubau ist als Holzbau mit zwei aussteifenden massiven Sanitärkernen in Stahlbetonbauweise konzipiert. Die Erschließung des neuen Schulgebäudes erfolgt über zwei Außentreppen und einen umlaufenden Laubengang, welcher in Stahlbetonbauweise geplant ist.
