Description
De gemeente Tilburg hecht grote waarde aan het onderhoud en behoud van de openbare ruimte, die een essentiële rol speelt in het dagelijkse leven van haar inwoners. Ondanks onze inspanningen om de openbare ruimte goed te onderhouden, kunnen zich situaties voordoen waarin schade ontstaat aan straten, trottoirs, groenvoorzieningen en andere openbare voorzieningen. Het is ons doel om deze schade op een efficiënte en transparante manier te herstellen en de kosten te verhalen op de verantwoordelijke partij(en). Zie bijlage 1.
