Description

This Tender incorporates the provision of the services necessary to provide the Danish Road Directorate with access to a central system – the SCADA system – for monitoring and controlling traffic signal systems. The OCIT protocol shall be used for communication between the SCADA system and the control devices for the traffic signal system. The SCADA system shall be hosted as a SaaS solution by the Supplier and be integrated with the Danish Road Directorate’s IT environment, cf. specifications in Appendix 2 to the Contract. The Danish Road Directorate shall have full access to all features of the SCADA system, including access for system configuration as well as creation and management of system users. The Tender relates to the supply of the following main elements: • a SCADA system, including full implementation of functionality relating to services in relation to OCIT, API and data storage, data logging and data exchange, • training of relevant users, • system-integration/installation to the internal systems in the Danish Road Directorate’s IT en-vironment, • operation, maintenance and support of the SCADA system throughout the contract period.
