Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer ITSM-Software inklusive Unterstüt-zungsleistungen bei Inbetriebnahme, Schulungen, Wartung und Pflege. Die ITSM-Software muss in die bestehende IT-Landschaft der SPK integriert werden, insbesondere sollen die Workflows und Skripte automatisierter Schnittstellen zu und von anderen Systemen in das neue System übertragen werden.
