Kotkan tapahtumakeskus Oy hakee Satama Areenalle puhtauspalvelujen tuottajaa. Kotkan tapahtumakeskus Oy ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin eikä hankintasopimus tuota palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta hankinnan kohteena oleviin palveluihin. Sopimus astuu voimaan heti kun molemmat sopijapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen ja on voimassa toistaiseksi 4 kk molemminpuolisella irtisanomisajalla.
