Description
De acht Achterhoekse gemeenten willen met de Aanbesteding van Jeugdhulp met verblijf komen tot een toegankelijk, kwalitatief goed en betaalbaar systeem van zorg in Jeugdhulp met verblijf. Vanuit de transformatiegedachte willen de gemeenten met aanbieders de aanpak optimaliseren voor gezinsvormen, waarbij jeugdigen zo thuis mogelijk opgroeien. Met de juiste aanvullende zorg en zo doelmatig mogelijk ingericht. -
