Dit omvat de volledige cyclus: van de studiefase en impactanalyse tot de daadwerkelijke implementatie. De leverancier fungeert als strategische partner voor Gasunie om continuïteit , kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en doorontwikkeling binnen het bestaande SAP-landschap te waarborgen. De geschatte financiële waarde exclusief indexaties van de opdracht over de gehele looptijd (inclusief opties/verlengingen) van 8 jaar bedraagt € 8 miljoen Euro.
