Description
L’attività oggetto del presente appalto di servizi comprende sinteticamente le seguenti prestazioni: a) supporto alla gestione e alla riscossione ordinaria della Tassa sui rifiuti (TARI); b) concessione del servizio di riscossione coattiva e stragiudiziale delle entrate tributarie ed extratributarie nonché eventuali ulteriori entrate che potrebbero essere introdotte ex novo o in sostituzione di altre preesistenti da specifica disposizione legislativa durante la vigenza della concessione. E’ compresa nel presente affidamento la riscossione coattiva delle entrate riferite anche ad anni precedenti alla presente concessione che non siano ancora riscosse dall’Ente e non affidate ad altri concessionari, purché non ancora prescritte.
