Description
Umbau und die Erweiterung des ehemaligen US-Militärkrankenhauses in Berlin Lichterfelde zum Innovationszentrum FUBIC. Das Gebäude liegt als freistehende Großstruktur mit einem Sockel von ca. 60m x 120m zentral auf einem ca. fünf Hektar großen Entwicklungsgelände. Es besitzt zwei Untergeschosse und sechs oberirdische Vollgeschosse (EG - 5.OG). Die Obergeschosse sind als Riegel mit den Abmessungen von 20 x 118 m ausgebildet.
