Description
Die Industrie- und Handelskammer für Oberfranken Bayreuth beabsichtigt den Neubau einer überbetrieblichen Bildungsstätte („IHK-Campus Bayreuth“). Das neue Gebäude wird multifunktionale Anforderungen im Bereich der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (IHK Lehrbetrieb, IHK-Prüfbetrieb und bildungspolitische Formate) erfüllen. Das Gebäude ist als leichte Konstruktion geplant. Bis auf das Untergeschoss - dieses ist in Stahlbetonbauweise vorgesehen - wird das Gebäude aus Stahl, Holz und Glas errichtet. Die tragende Stahlkonstruktion, mit den die Säle überspannenden Stahlfachwerkträgern, ist mit Stahltrapezblechen eingedeckt. Dachaufbau mit begrüntem Flachdachaufbau und Photovoltaik. Die Außenwände werden in Holzrahmenbauweise mit Mineralfaserdämmung errichtet. Die Außenhaut wird als hinterlüftete Plattenverkleidung ausgeführt. Es ist geplant, dass dieses Projekt "Neubau IHK-Campus Bayreuth" vom Freistaat Bayern und der Europäischen Union aus dem Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE 2021 bis 2027) gefördert wird. Ein entsprechender Förderantrag wurde gestellt.
