Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een all-in overeenkomst met één leverancier voor de levering van kwalitatief hoogwaardige betrouwbare en duurzame (sanitaire) voorzieningen inclusief bijbehorende diensten, tegen een optimale kosten-batenverhouding met minder verstoringen en klachten.
