Description
Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung sucht die Viktoria-Stiftung Richigen ein Totalunternehmen (TU), das die Sanierungs- und Erweiterungsmassnahmen übernimmt und sämtliche Planungs- und Realisierungsleistungen ab SIA-Teilphase 51 bis und mit Inbetriebnahme SIA-Teilphase 53 ausführt. Das beauftragte Totalunternehmen soll die Massnahmen unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, ökologischer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen umsetzen und eine nachhaltige Infrastruktur für die Viktoria-Stiftung gewährleisten.
