Description
Es ist beabsichtigt, die Stadthalle Bremerhaven zu sanieren. Die Halle wurde 1974 eröffnet. Ziel der Sanierung ist die Beseitigung der sicherheitsrelevanten Mängel: Energetische Sanierungsmaßnahmen sollen insofern umgesetzt werden, als sie gesetzlich erforderlich sind. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die Leistungen des Projektmanagements und der Projektsteuerung einschließlich des BIM-Managements.
