Grundfläche: 824,48 m² / BGF: 2.468,22 m² / BRI: 9.612,19 m³ Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Rohbauarbeiten in den einzelnen Geschossen. Insgesamt werden 3 Geschosse (Ebenen E-1 / E0 / E+1) umgebaut.
