Description

Planungsleistungen zur Sanierung des Gemeindehauses nach HOAI. Das derzeitige zweigeschossige Gemeindehaus soll abgebrochen werden. An das Gemeindehaus ist ein Saal angebaut. Hinter dem Saal schließen sich Technik- und Nebenräume an. Es wird ein an den Saal anschließender Ersatzneubau errichtet. Der Saal wird im Anschlussbereich im erforderlichen Umfang baulich verändert. Die an den Saal anschließenden Nebenräume werden baulich nur im erforderlichen Umfang saniert. Die Heizung sowie die HLS-Installationen sind zu erneuern. Die Elt-Installation wird ergänzt. Es werden anrechenbare Baukosten (netto) in Höhe von 985.000,00 € angenommen. Abgefragter Planungsumfang: Bestandsaufnahme / Gefahr- und Schadstoffgutachten / Gebäudeplanung / Brandschutzplanung / Planung Anpassung Außenanlagen
