Description

Der Bauherr (Stadtwerke Krefeld) plant die Sanierung seiner Liegenschaft, an der St. Töniser Str.124, im laufenden Betrieb. Die Baumaßnahmen werden in zwei Bauabschnitten ausgeführt. Projekteil 1 beinhaltet die Sanierung von Pavillon 1+2, EG + 1. OG und Verwaltungsgebäude UG. Projekteil 1 beinhaltet die Sanierung von Verwaltungsgebäude Kern EG + 1.OG-7.OG. Es muss in der Kalkulation berücksichtigt werden, dass es 10 zeitlich getrennte und zeitlich versetzte Bauabschnitte mit mehrwöchiger Unterbrechung geben wird.
