Description
Der Ortsteil Schwarze Pumpe/Carna Plumpa besitzt im Ortskern, in der Clara-Zetkin-Straße 3, das ehemalige Gemeindebüro. Diese städtische Immobilie wurde in den 1950er Jahren als Ledigenheim für das Gaskombinat Schwarze Pumpe, dem Vorgänger des Industriestandortes, errichtet und zuletzt als Gemeindeverwaltung und Arztpraxis genutzt. Die Errichtung erfolgte in klassischer Monolithbauweise. Seit nunmehr zwei Jahren steht das Gebäude leer. Dank der Zuwendung von Fördermitteln soll das Gebäude saniert und zu einem Gesundheitslandhaus umgebaut werden.
