Description

Sanierung des Kulturhauses Tecklenburg; Audiovisuelle Medien- und Antennenanlagen Die Stadt Tecklenburg beabsichtigt das Kulturhaus umzubauen und energetisch zu sanieren und so auf den aktuellen technischen Stand zu bringen. Das Gebäude mit Baujahr 1960 steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde zuletzt als Veranstaltungsort von verschiedenen Organisationen genutzt. Die Sanierungsmaßnahme beinhaltet vorab die Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten und später Erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten in dem insgesamt 5-geschossigen Gebäude.
