Hankinnan kohteena on 50 000 litraa sammutusvaahtonestettä. EU:n pelastuspalvelumekanismin kautta ERCC välitti kiireellisen avunpyynnön sammutusvaahtonesteelle. Sammutusvaahtoneste kuljetetaan EU:n pelastuspalvelumekanismin kautta kansainvälisenä hätäapuna.
