Die Gemeinde Wernberg benötigt einen Dienstleister, der die Sammlung, Abholung des Rest- und Biomülls im gesamten Gemeindegebiet sowie dessen Transport und die Ablieferung zur fachgerechten Entsorgung übernimmt. Die Gemeinde Wernberg umfasst insgesamt 23 Ortschaften und hat rund 5.600 Einwohner. Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Sammlung, Abholung sowie des Transports und der Ablieferung Rest- und Biomülls zur fachgerechten Entsorgung.
