Description
Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt als Dritter im Sinne des § 16 Abs. 1 KrW-/AbfG das Einsammeln und Befördern der im Gemeindegebiet anfallenden Abfälle, soweit sie von der Abfallsatzung der Gemeinde erfasst und nicht von der Beseitigung oder dem Einsammeln und Befördern durch die Gemeinde bzw. durch den Landkreis Ebersberg ausgeschlossen sind. Die Abfälle sind zu den von der Gemeinde bestimmten Abfallentsorgungsanlagen bzw. Annahmestellen zu befördern.
