De dienst Marketing & Communicatie van Hogeschool Utrecht is op zoek naar een leverancier die Salesforce beheer, support en doorontwikkeling kan leveren. De leverancier dient zowel deel te nemen in Agile ontwikkelteams voor nieuwe innovatie/features, als deel te nemen in het M&C Salesforce sprintteam voor doorontwikkeling van bestaande features en beheer. De volgende diensten maken onderdeel uit van deze aanbesteding: 1. Beheer fixed; 2. Beheer flexibel (op afroep); 3. De verdere doorontwikkeling/implementatie van Salesforce (op afroep); 4. Support.
