Description
A-siiven 8.–11. kerroksien peruskorjaus rakennetaan Joensuun kaupungin 5. kaupunginosaan Niinivaaralle kortteliin n:o 583, tontille 9. Hankkeessa suunnitellaan tiloja mm. yleiseen vastaanotto- ja toimistokäyttöön sekä taustatyötiloja että yhteisiä tauko- ja neuvottelutiloja. Kohteen osoite on Tikkamäentie 16, 80210 Joensuu. A-siiven 8.–11. kerroksien peruskorjausala on noin 4096 brm² ja tilavuus n. 14746 m3, sisältäen myös porrashuoneet ja hissiaulat ko. kerroksista sekä iv-konehuone, mikä sijaitsee kerroksessa 12 että kerroksessa 13 sijaitseva ilmanotto- ja tekninen tila.
