Varsinais-Suomen kunnat -ryhmän (sis. Mynämäen kunta, Nousiaisten kunta, Ruskon kunta, Kiinteistö Oy Mynämäen Häävuorentie 5, Mynämäen Vesihuolto Oy, Mynämäen YritysVoima Oy, Nousiaisten Vesi Oy, As. Oy Ruskon Metsäranta ja As. Oy Ruskon Metsärinne) kilpailutus, jonka tuloksena sovitaan sähkönmyyjän marginaaleista ja sopimusehdoista. Sähköenergia laskutetaan kuukausittain ja sen hinta muodostuu myyjän marginaaleista, Tuntispot-toimituksesta ja hintariskin vähentämiseksi tehtyjen tehopohjaisten hinnankiinnitysten selvityksestä, kantaverkkoyhtiö Fingridin kulloinkin voimassa olevasta tasepalvelun tuotannon ja kulutuksen volyymimaksusta sekä Datahubin kulloinkin voimassa olevista käyttöpaikkakohtaisista maksuista.
