Pirkan Opiskelija-asunnot Oy -ryhmän (sis. Pirkan Opiskelija-asunnot Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Kalevan Stara, Kiinteistö Oy Tieteenkadun Parkki ja Kiinteistö Oy Tupakkikiven Parkki) kilpailutus, jonka tuloksena sovittiin sähkönmyyjän marginaaleista ja sopimusehdoista. Sähköenergia laskutetaan kuukausittain ja sen hinta muodostuu myyjän marginaaleista, Tuntispot-toimituksesta ja hintariskin vähentämiseksi tehtyjen tehopohjaisten hinnankiinnitysten selvityksestä, kantaverkkoyhtiö Fingridin kulloinkin voimassa olevasta tasepalvelun tuotannon ja kulutuksen volyymimaksusta sekä Datahubin kulloinkin voimassa olevista käyttöpaikkakohtaisista maksuista.
