Description
Due to new road data regulations on the delivery of road data to the National Road Data Bank (NVDB), Moss municipality has decided to register and deliver road data/road objects to NVDB. In order to carry out this, Moss municipality needs a system that can cooperate directly with NVDB. After a market survey it turns out that only management operation and maintenance system from Safe Control FDV AS has this functionality. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with Safe Control FDV AS in week 49. It determined is a waiting period that expires 04.12.2023, 12.00. Any objections to the signing of the contract are to be sent by email to the following email address: post@moss.kommune.no.
