Description
La présente consultation vise à la mise en place d'un SAD en vue de la passation de marchés spécifiques ayant pour objet la fourniture de médicaments pouvant faire l'objet d'une mise en concurrence et les prestations qui y sont associées. Ces médicaments possèdent une autorisation de mise sur le marché et l'agrément aux collectivités, ou une autorisation d'accès précoce et/ou une autorisation d'accès compassionnelle délivrée par l'autorité compétente. Le SAD est mis en place par le Resah agissant en tant que centrale d'achat sur le fondement de l'article L. 2113-2, 2° du code de la commande publique. Il peut être utilisé par d'autres acheteurs dans les conditions prévues par le règlement de consultation du SAD.
