Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung, die es dem Auftraggeber und den Bezugsberechtigten ermöglicht, Produkte und/oder Leistungen des Herstellers SONY zu beschaffen. Der Umfang der Leistungen ist auf die jeweils gültige Herstellerpreiseliste "SONY IPSE Media Solutions Price List" begrenzt (siehe dazu LB kaufm. Teil). Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 48 Monate und beginnt am 01.12.2024. Das Höchstabnahmevolumen an SONY-Produkten beträgt 13.175.000 Euro inkl. Mwst.
