Durch die Universität Rostock wird ein Rahmenvertrag für Agenturdienstleistungen für 1.242 Zeitschriftentitel in gedruckter und/oder elektronischer Form mit einem erwarteten Auftragsvolumen in Höhe von 561.000 EUR netto jährlich ausgeschrieben. Der Rahmenvertrag beinhaltet sowohl die lückenlose Belieferung mit gedruckten Zeitschriften an verschiedene Bibliotheksstandorte der Universität Rostock als auch die Einrichtung, Freischaltung und Aufrechterhaltung der Zugänge zu elektronischen Zeitschriften. Die Universität Rostock ist eine Hochschule mit neun Fakultäten. .
