Description
Öresundskraft AB inbjuder intresserade Leverantörer att inkomma med anbud avseende RTU - Kommunikationsutrustning vilket omfattar utrustning för kommunikation, fjärrövervakning och -fjärrstyrning med tillhörande produkter. Upphandlingen innebär att Leverantören ska leverera och driftsätta kommunikationsutrustning men även leverans av stationsautomationer kan bli aktuellt. Upphandlingen kommer att delas upp i två (2) delområden där delområden A, som även benämns RTU typ A, avser RTU för fjärrstyrning och fjärrövervakning av nätstationer och delområde B, som även benämns som RTU typ AX, avser RTU för fjärrövervakning av nätstationer utan fjärrstyrning. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) Leverantör per delområde och som uppfyller samtliga krav i upphandlingen. Avtalsvillkor som kommer att ligga till grund för ramavtal redovisas nedan under rubriken "Avtalsvillkor". Under upphandlingsförfarandet och under avtalstiden benämns Öresundskraft AB och samtliga helägda dotterbolag inom Öresundskraftskoncernen som "Beställare" och "Öresundskraft". Potentiella ramavtalsleverantörer benämns nedan som "Anbudsgivare" och "Leverantör".
