The Department for Health and Public Sector and Department for Enabling Technologies within Division for Innovation in Industry and the Public Sector at the Research Council of Norway is inviting competition through open tender for a contract for the procurement of RRI Advisers for the Partnership ERA4Health and the ERA-NET M-ERA. NET3. The objective of the procurement is to enable these European research funding networks to obtain their ambitious goals in implementation and further develop approaches to Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI). This tender covers the purchase of RRI advisers, in order to increase the capacity of the implementation and development of RRI. The RRI advisers' services asked for are specified in this tender document.
