Description
Vanuit het programma UZ wordt beoogd om MSZ instellingen te ondersteunen bij de verdere verankering van samen beslissen in de praktijk. Om dit te realiseren wordt ingezet op scholing en opleiding op de werkvloer met het organiseren van interactieve sessies ‘Samen beslissen in de praktijk’. Deze opdracht betreft het ontwikkelen, organiseren en aanbieden van de sessies ‘Samen beslissen in de praktijk’ bij MSZ instellingen die in eerste instantie de Wensenscan hebben ingevuld. Tot deze instellingen behoren algemene ziekenhuizen, revalidatie centra, universitaire medische centra en zelfstandige klinieken .
