Description
Het ministerie van Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening is voornemens middels deze Europese aanbesteding een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met vier (4) dienstverleners, die beschikken over expertise op het gebied van vastgoed-, project-, en gebiedsontwikkeling. Deze bureaus vormen samen de analistenpool die ingezet wordt om o.a. de Toetsingscommissie Woningbouwimpuls te adviseren, macro-economische studies uit te voeren naar de financiële haalbaarheid van woningbouw en die adviseert over de financiële haalbaarheid van specifieke locaties en plannen. De intentie is dat de Overeenkomst op 1 september 2025 in gaat.
