Description
Gegenstand dieses Vertrags sind Generalplanungsleistungen für das Projekt Rostock Offshore Quartier (ROQ) zur Errichtung eines Verwaltungsgebäudes sowie eines Schwerlast-, Leichtlast- und Verbrauchslagers inkl. Zoll-Deklarationsbereich und Schiffsliegeplätzen am Werftbecken in Warnemünde. Zusätzliche Hinweise: Im Zusammenhang mit den absehbar vor Zuschlag in Kraft tretenden umweltrechtlichen Regularien stellt die Vergabestelle klar, dass alle Leistungen nach den zum Zeitpunkt der Leistungserbringung jeweils aktuellen und gültigen Rechtsvorschriften zu erbringen sind. Die Leistungen sind daher unter Beachtung der jetzt schon bekannten und absehbar vor Zuschlag in Kraft tretenden umweltrechtlichen Regularien anzubieten und entsprechend zu kalkulieren.
