Description
Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on röntgendifraktomeetri ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Riigihange ei ole jagatud osadeks, sest hanke objektiks on terviklik analüütiline instrument. Hankeleping jõustub sõlmimisel ja kehtib garantiiaja lõpuni. Seadme üleandmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 10 (kümme) kuud pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
