Description
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Rohbauarbeiten für das Bauvorhaben Hüttenhospital - Erweiterungsanbau inklusive Frischküche - nach Maßgabe der sich in den Vergabeunterlagen befindenden Leistungsbeschreibung (LV sowie beigefügte Unterlagen). Hauptmassen zum LV Rohbauarbeiten: ca. 1,100 m² befestigte Flächen als Baustraße / Lagerflächen herstellen, unterhalten, zurückbauen Sanitär- / Besprechungscontainer aufstellen, unterhalten, abbauen ca. 3.840 m³ Baugrubenaushub inkl. Entsorgung ca. 1.000 m³ Baugrubenverfüllung ca. 450 m Grundleitungen ca. 6 St Schächte ca. 540 m Bohrpfähle, d=75 cm, herstellen ca. 101 m³ Pfahlkopfbalken ca. 561 m³ Sohlplatten ca. 678 m³ Wände ca. 31 m³ Stützen ca. 800 m³ Decken 16 St. Fertigteil-Treppenläufe 20 St. Fertigteil-Balkonplatten ca. 346 t Bewehrung ca. 1.100 m² Frischbetonverbundfolie ca. 160 m² Porenbetonmauerwerk ca. 1.540 m² Klinkermauerwerk
