Description
Die Handwerkskammer Dortmund beabsichtigt an ihrem Standort Barbarastraße 7 in Dortmund einen freistehenden Neubau zu errichten. Die erdgeschossige, als Massivbau in Stahlbeton errichtete Halle dient dem Schulungsbetrieb für die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffbauteilen. Der Neubau erhält bauseits eine vorgehängte Fassade aus Verblendmauerwerk. Der für die Maßnahme erforderliche Teilabbruch einer erdgeschossigen Werkstatthalle ist bereits bauseits erfolgt. Diese Ausschreibung erfasst die notwendigen Arbeiten für die Erd- und Rohbauarbeiten einschließlich der erforderlichen Gerüststellung.
