Description
Tilburg University heeft momenteel 15 geautomatiseerde processen door middel van 24 robots die ondergebracht zijn bij twee verschillende divisies: Finance & Control (F&C): 14 processen geautomatiseerd door middel van 19 robots. Academic Services (AS): 1 proces geautomatiseerd door middel van 5 robots. Deze robots zijn ontwikkeld in UiPath en voeren terugkerend werk geautomatiseerd uit waardoor er werk uit handen van de werknemers genomen wordt. Er zijn ook enkele processen die zijn ingericht met behulp van Microsoft Power Automate. Tilburg University heeft de ambitie om het aantal geautomatiseerde processen door middel van robots te vergroten. Tilburg University zoekt ondersteuning bij de procesanalyse en de optimalisering/hervorming van de processen. Samen met de leverancier wil Tilburg University ondersteuning en consult bij het toewijzen van geschikte processen om te automatiseren. Hierbij wordt gewerkt aan een backlog voor te robotiseren processen. Dit proces van toewijzing en consult wordt gestart op basis van verzoek van Tilburg University, er wordt niet verwacht dat de leverancier hier op eigen initiatief mee start.
