Description
De opdracht bestaat uit de selectie van een oplossing voor het digitaal ondertekenen van documenten (digitale handtekenplatform), het geven van advies en ondersteuning in de breedste zin van het woord bij de implementatie en de integratie van het platform, inclusief de navolgende updates, upgrades en, voor zover mogelijk, maatwerk, in bestaande en toekomstige toepassingen, en het verlenen van bijhorende productondersteuning. De oplossing zal in de eerste plaats gebruikt worden door Politiezone Antwerpen. Ook andere geïnteresseerde lokale politiezones zullen van deze raamovereenkomst kunnen afnemen.
