Description
RNSS is een mechanisme om het noodstopsignaal (drukken van de noodstop op de werkplek) over te brengen naar de brug of sluis of ander object welke in bediening is, ten einde een dreigend gevaar af te wenden. De inkoop betreft het uitbesteden van uitvoeringstaken RNSS en de levering van RNSS-hardware en –software. De realisatie, ondersteuning implementatie en B&O (beheer & onderhoud) van het bouwblok RNSS, worden aangeduid als ‘Uitvoeringstaken RNSS’. Na de overdacht van de uitvoeringstaken RNSS aan een Opdrachtnemer, die in staat is de activiteiten zelfstandig uit te voeren, blijft RWS CIV de regie op het bouwblok RNSS voeren. Rijkswaterstaat gaat voor de minimum looptijd van 4 jaar van de Overeenkomst uit van een indicatieve opdrachtwaarde van 5 – 15 miljoen euro exclusief btw.
