Description
La procedura aperta, ai sensi dell'art. 58 del d.lgs. 50/2016, in modalità telematica, mediante la piattaforma telematica di Appalti & Contratti eProcurement Portale Appalti (di seguito “Piattaforma”) presente sul sito istituzionale della Città Metropolitana di Catania. Aggiudicazione con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, ai sensi dell’art. 95 comma 2 del d.lgs. 50/2016, sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo sull’importo dei lavori posto a base di gara, giusta determina a contrarre n. 198 del 25.01.2023, adottata ai sensi dell’art. 32 comma 2 del d.lgs. 50/2016 e ss.mm.ii. Modalità di presentazione e criteri di ammissibilità delle offerte, nonché procedura di aggiudicazione sono regolati dal disciplinare di gara, che fa parte integrante del presente bando.
