Description
Ruter needs to procure deviation transport, stand-by buses etc. in addition to ordinary transport services. I.e. the capacity in addition to the bus material that is in traffic on the existing transport contracts for Ruter, or the use of bus material from the existing transport contracts in periods when available. Ruter currently has a framework agreement with different call-off possibilities for this purpose, but Ruter is now considering replacing this agreement with one or several new agreements/models. The current agreement can be found here: https://ruter.no/kollektivanbud/arkiv/rammeavtale-busstjenester-2020/ Ruter needs to get more information and views from potential tenderers before the final choice of contract type and/or model and has prepared some questions for which answers are wanted.
