This gender neutral preferred will be invited through Elvias KGV (Contiki) to respond to the questionnaire. Elvia is working on procurement and contract strategies and we would like insight into the tenderers ́ experience with different contract set up for new construction, expansions and modernisation of transformer stations (regional network stations). As a result of an increasing need for network expansions, Elvia needs to increase its implementation ability and development rate, so that more regional networks can be built in less time, with limited internal resource access. There is also an increasing need elsewhere in the market, so Elvia must take action to secure its critical deliveries in a pressed supplier market. Elvia is therefore working on strategies that shall contribute to increased standardisation and efficiency in procurements and project implementation.
