Examples of the equipment are winch, brake, coil apparatus, blocker, drum rack. All equipment comes from the manufacturer ZECK Gmbh / 10007111. The estimated volume for the purchase of spare and wearing parts is NOK 1-2 million excluding VAT per annum. The maximum length of a framework agreement in accordance with the supply regulations is 8 years. The estimated value of a framework agreement is therefore NOK 8 -16 million excluding VAT. Statnett SF carries out service, maintenance and replacement of parts for relevant equipment itself, but as Statnett SF understands, we are obliged to use original spare parts so that the machines are in proper condition at all times to maintain our stand-by. If we procure non-original parts, the manufacturer of the machines will not be responsible for maintaining the machine's functional specifications and will not guarantee that the machine is still safe in use.
