Description

Documents for consultation The purpose of the hearing is to get feedback from suppliers before we announce the competition, and whether there is anything in these documents that suppliers believe will be challenging or impossible to deliver on. NND does not enclose Annex 7 Amendments in the general contract text in this consultation round, but draws attention to the fact that changes have been made to the general contract text. These will be highlighted when the competition is announced. The objective of the procurement is to give Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning (NND) an efficient support tool for project and portfolio management (PPM). The tool shall also provide support for program, resource and project financial management. This shall help the organisation achieve better control, increased efficiency and optimised use of resources in its projects and applications. NND would like the PPM tool to provide a comprehensive overview that allows management to make informed decisions to achieve the organisation's strategic objectives.
