Description
The object of the procurement is to procure the player quality analytics as a software as a service (SaaS) solution. The solution should be a ready-made product and already in similar production use. - The solution must have SDK support for a wide range of platforms. - Smart-tv, Android tv, Apple tv, Chromecast - Mobile, native IOS and Android, React native - browsers, desktop and mobile - The solution must provide player network metrics for CDN quality, ISP/operator network details and Geo location details. - Support for CMSD and CMCD is needed - The solution must provide player playback metrics views (Live, AOD, VOD), device details, quality metrics (buffering, ladders viewed, latency, startup time, loadtime and failures) - The solution must have a browser based UI for easy access to dashboards and data collected from players. - Data collected from end users must stay inside EU - Average player starts in a month is 100-120 mil. for all VOD and AOD services. This can be used as a base for preliminary price and pricing models. Please see appendix "RFI, Player Quality Analytics".
