Předmětem veřejné zakázky je revitalizace statku Horoměřice č.p. 1 a souvisejících stavebních objektů v obci Horoměřice ve Středočeském kraji. Dojde ke stavebním úpravám objektu, tak aby do jeho prostor mohl být umístěn obecní úřad. Objekt severního křídla (zámeckého křídla) je památkově chráněn jako nemovitá kulturní památka (č. 18033/2-3390 v ÚSKP) a podléhá tak režimu památkového zákona.
