Předmětem veřejné zakázky je revitalizace náměstí Míru v Tišnově včetně navazujících uličních prostorů (ul. Kostelní, Radniční, Bezručova a Ráboňova), které tvoří s náměstím jeden městský prostor a logický celek. Stavbou je nezastavěné veřejné prostranství v centru Tišnova, které je z většiny tvořeno zpevněnými plochami. Účelem stavby je vytvořit kvalitní a atraktivní veřejný prostor v centru města, vyřešit dopravní obslužnost a parkování a zajištění bezbariérovosti, bezpečnosti, udržitelnosti a také hospodaření s vodou (modrozelená infrastruktura).
