Description
Předmětem plnění je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby a pro realizaci stavby a provádění autorského dozoru v průběhu realizace stavby. Investičním záměrem je novostavba šestipodlažního bytového domu s jedním podzemním (hromadné garáže) a pěti nadzemními podlažími. Dům je rozdělen na 6 sekcí se samostatnými vstupy. Na severní straně je klidové veřejné prostranství s charakterem vnitrobloku s parkovou úpravou. Součástí návrhu je veřejné kapacitní parkoviště s rastrem vzrostlé zeleně.
